By submitting this form, you agree to the following:
- Booth Allocation: Booth spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment.
- Payment Policy: Full payment must be received to confirm your reservation. A confirmation email will be issued upon receipt.
- Event Conduct: Exhibitors must comply with the guidelines set by the GSEF2025 organizing committee and venue regulations.
- Data Protection: Information provided in this form will be used solely for event coordination, communication, and logistical purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Brand Usage: By registering, you authorize GSEF2025 to use your company name, logo, and product descriptions in event materials, promotional content, and the official program, both in print and digital formats.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to administrative fees.
- Liability Disclaimer: GSEF2025 is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
